After having played for 26 minutes, Aldair Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldair Orange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Weyand came free, but Edinho Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Jonasson made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ubaldo Abeitia however managed to control. Bruno-Henrique Orange's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Juan Chayo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 40 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zico Orange. Juan Chayo was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Zinédine Orange capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zinédine Orange really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Niklas Sule replaced Hugo Hernandez. In the 46th match minute, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zinédine Orange to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Zico Orange made the kick off in the second half. Leif Jonasson made in the 50th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benicio Cedro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Abeitia in the 52nd minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Edinho Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Orange in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Vampiros Aztecas's Rolf Weyand ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edinho Pirani. Edinho Pirani yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Thomas Verheydt hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Leif Jonasson with Shaun Allison as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The throw-in from Leif Jonasson in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Pedrinho Reis. Zico Orange might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Chayo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zico Orange ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno-Henrique Orange in the 70th minute of play forced Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Vampiros Aztecas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aldair Orange took the corner. Aldair Orange made a great header on Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo managed to reach the ball for a save. 72 minutes into the game, Thomas Verheydt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leif Jonasson helped the player get up and apologised. 74 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Orange came free, but Juan Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Bruno-Henrique Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Pedrinho Reis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leif Jonasson in the 82 minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Ubaldo Abeitia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edinho Pirani. The goal made the score 1-2. Vampiros Aztecas's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
