Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joaquim de Barros made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Dan Rowell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armindo Salgado. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Rowell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atak Ferdi in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute of the match, Joaquim de Barros got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Thompson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 15th match minute, FC LIVERPOOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Håkansson to maneuver through the defense. After 18 played minutes FC LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Diaz. Álvaro Rezende, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 25th minute, VB-Team's Luís Caeiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesper Håkansson in the 37th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Dan Rowell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match FC LIVERPOOL got a corner. VB-Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Thomas ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC LIVERPOOL's Jan Thomas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armindo Salgado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tommy Thompson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to FC LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jesper Håkansson hit a great ball. Tommy Thompson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Caeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 50th minute of play forced FC LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Tommy Thompson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 minutes FC LIVERPOOL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Traian Hăvârneanu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on VB-Team's corner Traian Hăvârneanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Thompson quite easily take care of the ball. FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Hăvârneanu in the 77th minute of play. Dan Rowell kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim de Barros came free, but Tommy Thompson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Traian Hăvârneanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Atak Ferdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atak Ferdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Salgado having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Jan Thomas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC LIVERPOOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VB-Team the free kick. Jan Thomas hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After 95 played minutes, VB-Team's Traian Hăvârneanu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Thompson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VB-Team reached it. VB-Team's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
