An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Erserman in the 6th minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Alfonso Festa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Albino Zenteno. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Alfonso Festa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Rickard Erserman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfonso Festa. The goal made the score 1-0. Rickard Erserman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Alfonso Festa made a huge save. Alfonso Festa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Erserman in the 37th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Albino Zenteno in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C. A. BELGRANO's Edelmiro Jago. A collision led to C. A. Anton Björnberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Eladio went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Vatan Enfal might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Festa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vatan Enfal ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfonso Festa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan Enfal in the 53rd minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Vatan Enfal made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. C. A. BELGRANO's Alfonso Festa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a left leg Anton Björnberg saved Inter de Chillán from getting behind. Anton Björnberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prudencio Cordarell in the 87th minute. Onur Ali Cespan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Inter de Chillán players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
