John Snow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Benavides having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Ángel Riesco made a kick off. Orlín Rozas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Gabis in the 56th minute of play. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Gustafson in the 57th minute. Dari Mana was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Miguel Ángel Riesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Escobar in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlín Rozas saved TurboUC from getting behind. Orlín Rozas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Gabis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Escobar in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlín Rozas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Benavides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 81st minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Miguel Ángel Riesco made a precise shot to the right of Juan Benavides. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3.
