Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Corneliu Dridu got the match started through his kick off. Klas Harlén hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Jonas Lucas in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dr Lecter SC's Omid Kaulbach. In the 5th match minute, Mineiros Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klas Harlén to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mineiros Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Marcus de Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's Mauro Romero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus de Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th match minute Mauro Romero ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Marcus de Godoi. 1-0. Mauro Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus de Godoi having to interfere. Cosme Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin von Gyldenfeldt in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Jonas Lucas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dr Lecter SC's Válbson Batista quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dr Lecter SC's Corneliu Dridu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonas Lucas in the 28 minute of the game. Dr Lecter SC's Cosme Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Mendonça in the 31st minute of play. When Corneliu Dridu came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Dr Lecter SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corneliu Dridu couldn't finish the play. Marcus de Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Mendonça in the 39th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Cosme Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dr Lecter SC's Cosme Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Mendonça in the 40th minute of play. Dr Lecter SC's Omid Kaulbach got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Corneliu Dridu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidro Fagildo during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robin von Gyldenfeldt made a kick off. Mazinho Mendonça's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cosme Pere firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 52nd minute of the game Isidro Fagildo made a throw-in which Mazinho Mendonça played forward. 55 minutes into the match, Mineiros Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Corneliu Dridu came free, but Marcus de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Mineiros Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Wallace Randall. After having played for 69 minutes, Mazinho Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mineiros Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazinho Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Jonas Lucas got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Elder Cardozo. Mineiros Esporte Clube were furious when Elder Cardozo was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mineiros Esporte Clube! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Dr Lecter SC. Corneliu Dridu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcus de Godoi. 2-1. Marcus de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corneliu Dridu in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dr Lecter SC's Wanderson Fernandez was substituted for Omid Kaulbach. Dr Lecter SC were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Mineiros Esporte Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauro Romero took the corner. After 92 minutes, Corneliu Dridu made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcus de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Fernandez in the 94th minute of the match. Artem Savin might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosme Pere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Savin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Lauro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
