Santiago Nataniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tirso Isasaga in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Billy Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Şota Arveladze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brown Puerto Madryn's Santiago Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Domeracki in the 12th minute of play. Santiago Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Domeracki in the 14th minute of play. Rodrigo De Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Tanek Ostrowski made a huge save. Billy Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Ostrowski having to interfere. Tanek Ostrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Drake in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Olympique Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Taaniel Hill came free, but Tanek Ostrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Gerard Pique took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tanek Ostrowski to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympique Gdynia's goalkeeper Tanek Ostrowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santiago Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tirso Isasaga in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Brown Puerto Madryn booed when Olympique Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurand Frankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo De Paul got free with Tanek Ostrowski in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Czeslaw Domeracki was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Şota Arveladze recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santiago Nataniel. Şota Arveladze showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, Olympique Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Drake came free, but Tanek Ostrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olympique Gdynia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Olympique Gdynia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
