Aykutalp Tecelli started the match with the kick off. Mans's Erdinç Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Gudmundsson in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Cosme came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aykutalp Tecelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdinç Yalgın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mans's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harmen Kloppenburg was slow to take the kick. During this time SV Balverliefd's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Harmen Kloppenburg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mans's Erdinç Yalgın did a great save. 14 minutes into the match, Mans's goalkeeper Erdinç Yalgın had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgil Lindelöf. Mans's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eusébio Cosme in the 16th minute. Léonard Beauchamp made a great header on Mans's corner, it was just that SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout managed to reach the ball for a save. Aykutalp Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erdinç Yalgın having to make a save. 20 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Bourlier came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aykutalp Tecelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdinç Yalgın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Mans's goal looked a bit too open when Aykutalp Tecelli came free, but Erdinç Yalgın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SV Balverliefd's Aykutalp Tecelli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erdinç Yalgın. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mans's goalkeeper Erdinç Yalgın, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erdinç Yalgın had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Melker Gudmundsson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Côme Collet in the 39th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Aykutalp Tecelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdinç Yalgın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykutalp Tecelli in the 44th minute of play forced Mans's goalkeeper Erdinç Yalgın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Aykutalp Tecelli rounded Mans's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusébio Cosme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgil Lindelöf might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erdinç Yalgın. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgil Lindelöf ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léonard Beauchamp in the 52nd minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aykutalp Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erdinç Yalgın having to make a save. Mans's Erdinç Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykutalp Tecelli in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Mans's Alfred Bourlier made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yorrick Zoethout was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erdinç Yalgın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melker Gudmundsson in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Aykutalp Tecelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erdinç Yalgın was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 63 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Aykutalp Tecelli. Virgil Lindelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Aykutalp Tecelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erdinç Yalgın. Mans's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aykutalp Tecelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. If Virgil Lindelöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Arthur Sanna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mans's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Sanna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yorrick Zoethout breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aykutalp Tecelli in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erdinç Yalgın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute Côme Collet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdinç Yalgın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Gudmundsson in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SV Balverliefd fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mans had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
