The crowd rose to their feet as Dylon Chadwick kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Fe. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ziggy Marley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sertel Adıvar. Poppy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ziggy Marley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 22 minutes, Ziggy Marley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trapiche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ziggy Marley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Ongile to maneuver through the defense. Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Itzaina in the 38th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Ziggy Marley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Sertel Adıvar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hugo Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Qu Ling Lin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Poppy FC booed when Trapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Fraco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Osasuns short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Sertel Adıvar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Qu Ling Lin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Trapiche's Felipe Garcia was substituted for Ziggy Marley. After 69 played minutes Poppy FC got a freekick which was hit by Qu Ling Lin. The crowd rose to their feet as Trapiche's Rafael Modestio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sertel Adıvar. That made the score 1-5 after 71 minutes of play. Trapiche's Rafael Modestio got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Poppy FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Rafael Modestio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sertel Adıvar was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Felipe Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertel Adıvar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Trapiche made a substitution. Jaroslaw Gleba replaced Rafael Modestio. In the 94th minute, Trapiche's Felipe Garcia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sertel Adıvar. Sertel Adıvar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Trapiche played a much better game than Poppy FC and deserved their victory. The Poppy FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
