Dave Legzdins ran over to the corner to take the kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Poppy FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Damian Brack hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Alex Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sertel Adıvar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Macedo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Damian Brack in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Korona Kielce's Vincent Västerberg. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Alex Macedo put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sertel Adıvar. Korona Kielce made a substitution. Raşit Alpaslan replaced Art 许褚. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poppy FC's goalkeeper Sertel Adıvar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Bartosz Rymaniak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sertel Adıvar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dylon Chadwick got free with Raimo Ülend in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95thth minute of the game Agostinho Negri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agostinho Negri might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertel Adıvar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agostinho Negri ran back to his position shaking his head. Poppy FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
