The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nejat Alp Tuğrul in the 8th minute of the match. With a little luck, CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei got control of the ball when Nejat Alp Tuğrul tried to sneak it across the goal line. CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nejat Alp Tuğrul in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by CERRO PORTEÑO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Guillelmo was slow to take the kick. During this time BINGO FUEL's players had a chance to rest. Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz made a great header on BINGO FUEL's corner, it was just that CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Nejat Alp Tuğrul put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jiang Lei. 22 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Nejat Alp Tuğrul came free, but Jiang Lei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Vangioni made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CERRO PORTEÑO's Abel Velasco. With a little luck, CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei got control of the ball when Braian Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harold Pothuizen kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Prejun Saer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes BINGO FUEL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Maldini who took care of the corner kick. Braian Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jiang Lei made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the match BINGO FUEL got a corner. CERRO PORTEÑO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mario Guillelmo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Wawrzyniec Dejo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei did a great save. Nejat Alp Tuğrul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jiang Lei having to interfere. Mohieddine Ayari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mohieddine Ayari to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, CERRO PORTEÑO's Abel Velasco got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Abel Velasco. Prejun Saer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Nejat Alp Tuğrul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CERRO PORTEÑO made a substitution. 王树帆 replaced Alan Paredes. CERRO PORTEÑO's Moreno Martins was substituted for 任棋振. 王树帆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Prejun Saer made a huge save. Jiang Lei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braian Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Braian Romero scored 2-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jiang Lei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nejat Alp Tuğrul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that BINGO FUEL were the better team. BINGO FUEL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
