Aristides Hodei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Aristides Hodei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Sazon in the 9th minute of play. Ermegildo Quilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aristides Hodei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Sazon's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, Sajones F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Junior to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Sazon in the 22nd minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Aristides Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Yiyo Sauca. Aristides Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Sazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-1 became the score in the 31st minute when Benedicto Chale elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eliseo Claude might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Hodei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Claude ran back to his position shaking his head. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 齐扬扬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Claude made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Halil Niğdeli immediately put the ball in play. Tomás Etxepare's late challenge caught a Sajones F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Etxepare helped the player get up and apologised. Pastor Frantzes made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Benedicto Chale sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaias Sazon to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Aristides Hodei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Sazon. Aristides Hodei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Sazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Sajones F.C. got a corner. Club Almirante Brown's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isaias Sazon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Hodei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Sazon in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Hodei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Almirante Brown's Aristides Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Sazon in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Sajones F.C. booed when Club Almirante Brown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yiyo Sauca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Almirante Brown made a substitution. Guido Bautista replaced Benedicto Chale. Sajones F.C.'s Hugo Raitin was substituted for Isaias Sazon. Club Almirante Brown's Gualterio Shepherd was substituted for Ignacio Truylos. Club Almirante Brown's Ismael Leoiar was substituted for Ksawery Brzakala. The supporters of Sajones F.C. booed when Club Almirante Brown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yiyo Sauca didn't get a good kick on the ball.
