Hulk Speed started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Joris Scheer made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Winnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Luis León got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 8 played minutes, Roceira SC's Michel Haaland shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armando Cerezo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roceira SC reached it. Joris Scheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcelinho Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joris Scheer might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelinho Barral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joris Scheer ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joris Scheer got free with Marcelinho Barral in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Roceira SC from getting a goal against them. Marcelinho Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardinho Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute of the match Roceira SC got a corner. S.C.CHUÍ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michel Haaland ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Roceira SC's Hulk Speed getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 29 minutes into the game, S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelinho Barral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Armando Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Winnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulk Speed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardinho Abreu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to Roceira SC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guto Jorge hit a great ball. Marcelinho Barral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joris Scheer in the 45th minute. Roceira SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Joris Scheer scored to the left of an out of position Marcelinho Barral, making the score, 3-0. S.C.CHUÍ's Caetano Paranaense was substituted for Luiz Pereira. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joris Scheer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 53rd minute of the match. Marcelinho Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joris Scheer in the 56th minute of play. Joris Scheer struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Marcelinho Barral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.CHUÍ. The referee gave S.C.CHUÍ a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardinho Abreu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral. 4-0. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Abreu in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joris Scheer in the 74th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Hulk Speed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes S.C.CHUÍ got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Patrício. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joris Scheer in the 82nd minute of play. Marcelinho Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu in the 89th minute of play. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válter Fontes in the 90th minute of the match. A collision led to S.C.CHUÍ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Froilan Bartolome hit a great ball. Armando Cerezo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nilmar Trigo. The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válter Fontes in the 97th minute of play. S.C.CHUÍ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
