Deportivo Turro's attentive Anselmo Cordaryal managed to snatch the ball when Tyrone Terrell made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. In the 19th play minute Malcolm Stenman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Guilherme Veiga. 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Trey Echols nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germán Luz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chance Adams in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germán Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malcolm Stenman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guilherme Veiga having to make a save. In the 40th minute Trey Echols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germán Luz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 45th minute Larry Cermak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Nathanial Coppack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Joyner hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Al Horford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Malcolm Stenman made the kick off in the second half. Chance Adams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdzislaw Maurycy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Veiga having to interfere. Germán Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodney Hagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guilherme Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Stenman, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Germán Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Hagen in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Rodney Hagen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Germán Luz. Rodney Hagen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Peter Hood got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Deportivo Turro made a substitution. Celso Fix replaced Malcolm Stenman. Deportivo Turro's Betão Pinheiro was substituted for Wilton Queirós. After 84 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Peter Hood. Germán Luz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodney Hagen's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Turro's goalkeeper Germán Luz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chance Adams. Larry Cermak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Germán Luz having to make a save. Racing Miami Futbol Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
