Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Kim Alnes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th play minute Kraig Fred came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sturle Åsland. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig Fred in the 8th minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Sturle Åsland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Åsnes's zone, Kraig Fred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sturle Åsland came out of the goal and Kraig Fred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Kraig Fred shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Åsland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sturle Åsland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kraig Fred in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsnes's goalkeeper Sturle Åsland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Åsnes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Szymon Pilitowski was slow to take the kick. During this time Estudiantes de América's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Estudiantes de América's Florencio Ermengol getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Åsnes's Kim Alnes got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Kraig Fred dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sturle Åsland, 2-0. In the 34thth minute of the game Kraig Fred who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åsnes's Sturle Åsland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Åsnes's Sturle Åsland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig Fred in the 38th minute of play. Åsnes's Petter Vartdal got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Petter Vartdal off the ground. With a little luck, Åsnes's Sturle Åsland got control of the ball when Cornelio Ruisko tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kraig Fred was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Ruisko in the 52nd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Sturle Åsland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Åsnes's zone, Kraig Fred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sturle Åsland came out of the goal and Kraig Fred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 54 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Kim Alnes. The Estudiantes de América fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Estudiantes de América made a substitution. Traian Blăniță replaced Fran Tudor. Estudiantes de América's Concetto Trasatti was substituted for Cornelio Ruisko. Estudiantes de América made a substitution. Orlando Beltza replaced Kraig Fred. Kim Alnes scored 6-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Ranolfo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Åsnes's Haroldo Gaitan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Saverio Iraitz in the 72 minute of the game. Concetto Trasatti took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sturle Åsland. Sturle Åsland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Sturle Åsland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Blăniță in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute Orlando Beltza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Åsland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sturle Åsland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Blăniță in the 89th minute of the match. John-Einar Bøen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Sturle Åsland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Blăniță, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Estudiantes de América had played much better football throughout.
