An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Zahemski in the 3rd minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Marcos Ranolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kraig Fred in the 8th minute of play. Kraig Fred blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to make a save. 20 minutes into the game, Herbert Gargasz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Estudiantes de América's Florencio Ermengol quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 21stth minute of the game Kraig Fred who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kraig Fred blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to make a save. In the 27thth minute of the game Kraig Fred who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zdzislaw Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kraig Fred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig Fred in the 33rd minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Zdzislaw Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kraig Fred's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Estudiantes de América booed when Onyx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Gargasz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Estudiantes de América were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zdzislaw Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kraig Fred's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Kraig Fred could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Zdzislaw Domarecki made a huge save. With his leg Zdzislaw Domarecki managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 60th play minute Kraig Fred came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zdzislaw Domarecki. 0-3. Estudiantes de América made a substitution. Concetto Trasatti replaced Cornelio Ruisko. Estudiantes de América's Traian Blăniță was substituted for Fran Tudor. After 66 played minutes Onyx got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Zahemski. After 68 minutes, Orlando Beltza made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Blăniță in the 70th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Beltza got free with Zdzislaw Domarecki in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Orlando Beltza in the 75th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Zdzislaw Domarecki kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Korneliusz Miodek put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Orlando Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Estudiantes de América's Zdzislaw Domarecki threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orlando Beltza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Traian Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maksymilian Topolski during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maksymilian Topolski hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Estudiantes de América's Traian Blăniță tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes, Orlando Beltza made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
