Hieronim Gdowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Asesinos Por Naturaleza defense, Ursino Fuente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matias Ceandro. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matias Ceandro should have stopped the shot. Matias Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ursino Fuente, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

José de Queirós's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matias Ceandro firmly grabbed it by the left post. The corner led Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Baltasar Bertol to fire away a dangerous shot which Hieronim Gdowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Hieronim Gdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Márcico in the 93rd minute of play. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
