Anthon Karlsson made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Alex França sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Galapagos Islands FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Zbigniew Buczko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthon Karlsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Özgün Hatip who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid's Esteban Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Real Madrid players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Galapagos Islands FC were winning 0-1.

Esteban Beti made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Özgün Hatip sent off a good shot on target. Zbigniew Buczko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 84 in the game by Özgün Hatip from a close distance when the talented Esteban Beti managed to make a qualified save. Real Madrid's players were relieved. Anthon Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Burowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Özgün Hatip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
