With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léon Monnet in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszko Drapinski saved Westbam from getting behind. After 5 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Deput. Zbyszko Drapinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Monnet in the 8th minute of the match. Zbyszko Drapinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Monnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Zbyszko Drapinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Monnet in the 12th minute of the match. Léon Monnet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Zbyszko Drapinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dimitri Bougault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Herblay booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Deput didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Norbert Cadart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Drapinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Drapinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Monnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Zbyszko Drapinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Monnet in the 28th minute of play. Olgierd Deput hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Zbyszko Drapinski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Cadart's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. A collision led to Westbam getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zbyszek Paprotny hit a great ball. Wincenty Oleszak hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Westbam's Zbyszko Drapinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Cadart in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Westbam got a corner. Herblay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulryk Mitus ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ulryk Mitus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz did a great save. The Herblay fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Herblay's Norbert Cadart looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klement Pawlak was the one to do the kick off. Norbert Cadart succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. 55 minutes into the match, Dimitri Bougault notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Westbam's Zbyszko Drapinski. Zbyszko Drapinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 60 minutes Westbam's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitri Bougault who took care of the corner kick. In the 65th minute, Dimitri Bougault ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbyszko Drapinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Léon Monnet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyszko Drapinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Léon Monnet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Zbyszko Drapinski made a huge save. Jacek Lepucki charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacek Lepucki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Westbam! 88 minutes into the game, Léon Monnet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Zbyszko Drapinski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 91 minutes of play, Herblay's Léon Monnet made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbyszko Drapinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Westbam's Zbyszko Drapinski got control of the ball when Léon Monnet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Léon Monnet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Zbyszko Drapinski made a huge save. Herblay played a much better game than Westbam and deserved their victory. The Westbam players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
