Holger Duusgaard kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ludomil Kajdasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Tímár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Léon Monnet put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aristides Iztal. Ludomil Kajdasz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Vargas in the 12th minute. A hard shot 13 in the game by Lajos Tímár from a close distance when the talented Ludomil Kajdasz managed to make a qualified save. Herblay's players were relieved. The GangsTaz F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when GangsTaz F. C.'s Lajos Tímár looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Sylvain Missonnier got a free kick in the 19th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lajos Tímár in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Kajdasz saved Herblay from getting behind. Ludomil Kajdasz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Ishmael in the 27th minute. Aristides Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonin Dagorne in the 29th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, GangsTaz F. C.'s Lajos Tímár made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludomil Kajdasz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the game, Lajos Tímár recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ludomil Kajdasz. Lajos Tímár showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Antonin Dagorne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Iztal having to interfere. In the 41st minute Lajos Tímár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Kajdasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Herblay's zone, Lajos Tímár stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomil Kajdasz came out of the goal and Lajos Tímár tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léon Monnet in the 47th minute of play forced GangsTaz F. C.'s goalkeeper Aristides Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lajos Tímár to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lajos Tímár in the 52nd minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lajos Tímár in the 56th minute of play. GangsTaz F. Lajos Tímár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Cadart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. GangsTaz F. C.'s Lajos Tímár got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, GangsTaz F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Ludomil Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lajos Tímár, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute Herblay were awarded a corner. Dimitri Bougault went to the cornerflag to take it. If Antonin Dagorne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GangsTaz F. C. made a substitution. Abel Bernard replaced Hernan Vargas. Aristides Iztal made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Dimitri Bougault sent off a good shot on target. GangsTaz F. C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Dimitri Bougault scored to the left of an out of position Aristides Iztal, making the score, 3-2. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, GangsTaz F. C.'s Lajos Tímár sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludomil Kajdasz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Herblay booed when GangsTaz F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Iordănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitri Bougault, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. GangsTaz F. C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
