Club Atlético Magallanes's Gavino Rami got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Coriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Salvadore came free, but Beppe Falasca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Coriano FC booed when Club Atlético Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ferdinando Di Camillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Di Camillos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Jimeno Nevada to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Coriano FC's Beppe Falasca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taci Argün in the 19th minute of play. Jimeno Nevada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinando Di Camillo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Taci Argün got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimeno Nevada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinando Di Camillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Club Atlético Magallanes's Jimeno Nevada got control of the ball when Damiano Di Nucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferdinando Di Camillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Nevada having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Coriano FC's Damiano Di Nucci got a free kick in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferdinando Di Camillo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th match minute, Club Atlético Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taci Argün to maneuver through the defense. Club Atlético Magallanes's Jan Sierocki was substituted for Taci Argün. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Magallanes's Taci Argün got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jimeno Nevada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Di Camillo in the 76th minute of play. Damiano Di Nucci ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Atlético Magallanes were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
