In the 26th minute Ferdinando Di Camillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Coriano FC's zone, Gernando Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Musso came out of the goal and Gernando Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristoforo Musso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gernando Pernambucano in the 38th minute. If Ferdinando Di Camillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Gernando Pernambucano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gernando Pernambucano made a kick off. Damiano Di Nucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Karl Martin Bell Burnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Gernando Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Musso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristoforo Musso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Beltxe in the 59th minute of the match. Cristoforo Musso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Pernambucano in the 61st minute of play. Karl Martin Bell Burnell was a little too slow when Ferdinando Di Camillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-1. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Karl Martin Bell Burnell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Di Camillo in the 92nd minute of play. The Desportiva Paulo Afonso supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Coriano FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Coriano FC.
