In the 2nd minute Ian Rush shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Figueiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Jacinto Luque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Figueiras. Fluffe BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Jacinto Luque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Bohlin in the 11th minute of play forced Acheral's goalkeeper Danilo Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Rush in the 13th minute of play forced Fluffe BK's goalkeeper Isidoro Figueiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Figueiras. Isidoro Figueiras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lennart Hagberg kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Isidoro Figueiras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Egun in the 27th minute of play. Isidoro Figueiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Jacinto Luque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute of the match Acheral got a corner. Fluffe BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rufio Abalos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Acheral's Rufio Abalos to fire away a dangerous shot which Isidoro Figueiras despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Isidoro Figueiras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Jacinto Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Isidoro Figueiras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ian Rush went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Jacinto Luque's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Figueiras was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Claes Mattsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Danilo Urbasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Acheral were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Rush to make the kick off. Ian Rush received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Isidoro Figueiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Figueiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Jacinto Luque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hubert Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Leopoldo Jacinto Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Figueiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jan-Erik Wållander fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluffe BK's protests and gave Jan-Erik Wållander a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Fluffe BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Wållander. Acheral made a substitution. Santiago Cucao replaced Vivien Beaurepaire. In the 63rd minute, Jan-Erik Wållander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Ian Rush had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Figueiras. Fluffe BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Rush was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When Klas Adelsköld fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluffe BK's protests and gave Klas Adelsköld a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Fluffe BK got a freekick which was hit by Klas Adelsköld. If Alejandro Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Fluffe BK booed when Acheral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rufio Abalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Figueiras made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ian Rush sent off a good shot on target. Acheral's Ian Rush got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Fluffe BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Acheral were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
