Vascogoianiense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Roldan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dedê Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Valentine in the 9th minute of play. Dedê Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldir Faria hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The Vascogoianiense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedê Valladares should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Valentin Valentine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedê Valladares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 27 minutes into the game, Marcelo Hanot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Dedê Valladares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Valentin Valentine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dedê Valladares was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Valentin Valentine scored 0-7 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dedê Valladares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Valentin Valentine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Valentine made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Valentin Valentine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galmock FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Valentin Valentine took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedê Valladares. Dedê Valladares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. After a rather tough play, Vascogoianiense FC's Anderson Valladares got a free kick in the 58th minute. Gustavo López sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cesar Belo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedê Valladares. That made the score 0-10 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th play minute Lionel Ronaldo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dedê Valladares. 0-11. Marcelo Hanot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Dedê Valladares made a huge save. 69 minutes into the game, Valentin Valentine recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dedê Valladares. Valentin Valentine showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. Dedê Valladares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernan Roldan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 73 minute of play. In the 77th minute, Valentin Valentine made a precise shot to the right of Dedê Valladares. Vascogoianiense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-14. Marcelo Hanot scored 0-15 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dedê Valladares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio-Paul Caniggia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê Valladares having to make a save. In the 90th minute Claudio-Paul Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Valentine kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedê Valladares. That made the score 0-17 in the 92 minute of play. Dedê Valladares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Valentine in the 96th minute.
