The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco da Cunha got free with Patricio Rius in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Endura to make the kick off. The supporters of Literarios Borgeanos FC booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes Literarios Borgeanos FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Bartolome. After 55 played minutes, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Kiko Leite shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patricio Rius came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jumeuc Futebol Clube reached it.
