Ercole Carnevale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grzegorz Grzelak.
