The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eusebiu Pescaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Pacholewski's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Eusebiu Pescaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 8th minute of play. If Avram Rizescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marian Erland kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Rizescu in the 22nd minute of play. Fragmenty Nietoperzy were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Newcastle United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Avram Rizescu took the corner. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Fragmenty Nietoperzy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Skorny didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Wladyslaw Skorny fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Adam Pacholewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Eusebiu Pescaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 43rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Szczepan Peczkowski was substituted for Radowit Niewiadomski. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Avram Rizescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Pacholewski got free with Eusebiu Pescaru in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusebiu Pescaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Pacholewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Arkadiusz Zdeb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Jerzyk having to interfere. Newcastle United made a substitution. Benedykt Gdaniec replaced Tadeusz Pstrongowski. In the 67th match minute, Newcastle United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Orling to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Vollmar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Eusebiu Pescaru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71st match minute, Fragmenty Nietoperzy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Skorny to maneuver through the defense. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Rizescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Thomas Vollmar scored 1-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebiu Pescaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eusebiu Pescaru. Eusebiu Pescaru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Peczkowski in the 95th minute of play. The Newcastle United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
