A hard shot 3 in the game by Gregorio Quintero from a close distance when the talented Bengt-Arne Askstedt managed to make a qualified save. Savage Hippo's players were relieved. When Gregorio Quintero in the 3rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Bengt-Arne Askstedt kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregorio Quintero in the 12th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Kim Lekberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kim Lekberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaitano Valdovinos. Saulius Pilipavičius hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Lekberg in the 22nd minute of play. Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Lekberg in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Kim Lekberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's Kim Lekberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cobresal getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Nunez Gipuzkoa hit a great ball. Dino Scapini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Kim Lekberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Cobresal's Kenny McCormick was substituted for Danilo Diaz de Valdes. In the 73rd minute, Vilmantas Magdišauskas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Bourchier.
