After 6 minutes of play, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Venancio Salvino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Venancio Salvino. But to his dismay, Venancio Salvino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Quintero got free with Nikos Sarkanis in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute of the match, Dino Scapini tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nikos Sarkanis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 24th minute, Gregorio Quintero made a precise shot to the right of Nikos Sarkanis. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Venancio Salvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Nikos Sarkanis got control of the ball when Dino Scapini tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Adalberto Monasterio in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Zhuo Guang Xing. Nikos Sarkanis made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Ignacio Allard in the 43rd minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregorio Quintero made a kick off. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Salvino in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Venancio Salvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Cobresal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venancio Salvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 57 minutes into the match, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's goal looked a bit too open when Gaitano Valdovinos came free, but Nikos Sarkanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venancio Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Salvino in the 63rd minute of play. Nikos Sarkanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Scapini in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Gregorio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Sarkanis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cobresal's Kenny McCormick was substituted for Danilo Diaz de Valdes. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Richard Textex was substituted for Froilan Diaz. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Richard Textex was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Venancio Salvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a huge save. A hard shot 78 in the game by Venancio Salvino from a close distance when the talented Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea managed to make a qualified save. Cobresal's players were relieved. Kenny McCormick hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st match minute, Cobresal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny McCormick to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Damaso Cordero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The Cobresal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's performance. The match ended with a win for ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ.
