Ciro Cortez in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dumitru Berca, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dumitru Berca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Snaza in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, VIP's goal looked a bit too open when René Orságh came free, but Dumitru Berca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of VIP booed when FC Ruscova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umur Renan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, VIP's goalkeeper Dumitru Berca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Cortez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Cortez in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dumitru Berca saved VIP from getting behind. Dumitru Berca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Cortez in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Cortez in the 21st minute of play forced VIP's goalkeeper Dumitru Berca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Cortezs short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Dumitru Berca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dominik Kosakowski came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by VIP's Ştefan Coșereanu. But to his dismay, Ştefan Coșereanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 34th minute Ciro Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Berca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Ciro Cortez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIP's Dumitru Berca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dumitru Berca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dumitru Berca made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Zachary Snaza sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Cortez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Dumitru Berca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 42nd minute of the match FC Ruscova got a corner. VIP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jens-Erik Forsberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Jere Ugo Peña heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dobri Karapetrov to make the kick off. Dumitru Berca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Snaza in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute of the match, Ştefan Coșereanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dominik Kosakowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Ţugui in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dominik Kosakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th match minute, FC Ruscova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jere Ugo Peña to maneuver through the defense. Dumitru Berca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Cortez's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Dumitru Berca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from René Orságh in the 62nd minute of play. After 69 played minutes FC Ruscova got a freekick which was hit by Paul Au. 71 minutes into the match, VIP's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Dumitru Berca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VIP's Dumitru Berca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Snaza in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for VIP! VIP's Ştefan Coșereanu suffered a concussion in the 76th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. VIP's Robert Tudor was substituted for Ştefan Coșereanu. After a rather tough play, FC Ruscova's Tạ Kling got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Liu Sang Chao came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the VIP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liu Sang Chao couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, VIP's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Dumitru Berca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, VIP's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Cortez came free, but Dumitru Berca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachary Snaza took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dumitru Berca. Dumitru Berca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. FC Ruscova's Ciro Cortez got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Cortez in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Berca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominik Kosakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Tudor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VIP's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
