Zheng Jian Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaliy van der Aa in the 15th minute of play. Su Peng Jian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Vedillo in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Chorchoj getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dyllen Reijnders hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, FC Chorchoj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ledvina to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vic Angelsø was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Vic Angelsø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Chorchoj's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vic Angelsø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vic Angelsø who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Su Peng Jian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 62 played minutes FC Chorchoj got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Coco. Vic Angelsø came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Su Peng Jian could save by the left post. In the 65th minute of the match FC Chorchoj got a corner. GrassNuts FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lino Policarpio ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian got control of the ball when Emilio Vedillo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
