Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anacleto Libertad kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Orzaize. 7 minutes into the match, Los Guacho Pistola's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Rodrigo Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Bierhoff in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Toribio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute, Anacleto Libertad made a precise shot to the right of Matías Patrone. Los Delfines's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Los Delfines booed when Los Guacho Pistola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladan Leszczynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Los Delfines got a corner. Los Guacho Pistola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Luis Brown ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Los Delfines's Oran Gutti to fire away a dangerous shot which Rodrigo Toribio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Libertad in the 22nd minute of play. Rodrigo Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Los Guacho Pistola's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oliver Bierhoff fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Oliver Bierhoff could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Rodrigo Toribio however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Libertad in the 38th minute of play forced Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Oliver Bierhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Delfines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Bierhoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's Oliver Bierhoff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Toribio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oliver Bierhoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rodrigo Toribio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliver Bierhoff to strike the kick off in the second half. Matías Patrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Libertad in the 53rd minute of play. Los Guacho Pistola's Rodrigo Toribio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 55th minute of play. Rodrigo Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 63rd minute of play forced Los Guacho Pistola's goalkeeper Rodrigo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Oliver Bierhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Delfines's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Bierhoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Delfines made a substitution. Hector Abadia replaced Lu Bin Yuan. Rodrigo Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Pliszka in the 69th minute of the match. After 76 minutes Los Guacho Pistola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zachary Pliszka who took care of the corner kick. Hector Abadia scored 1-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Toribio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Hector Abadia hit a great ball. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Guacho Pistola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zachary Pliszka was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Delfines's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Los Guacho Pistola getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Vladan Leszczynski hit a great ball. Zachary Pliszka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Toribio having to make a save. Rodrigo Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Pliszka, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When Victor Jerrold came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Los Delfines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Jerrold couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Pliszka in the 97th minute of play forced Los Guacho Pistola's goalkeeper Rodrigo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
