Aaron Glanselius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Saltnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Brufoss IL getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Christer Ribe hit a great ball. SSC Ambrosini's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 高城竞 in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes, Henrik Möllgren made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Brufoss IL's Borys Witek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Emanuel Markham dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aaron Glanselius, 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Borys Witek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Brufoss IL's Kai Østbye nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Glanselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The SSC Ambrosini fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brufoss IL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Möllgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Markham to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Henrik Möllgren notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Brufoss IL's Borys Witek. Borys Witek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Remme in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Henrik Möllgren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Borys Witek. Henrik Möllgren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Østbye in the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Henrik Möllgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-7. Borys Witek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brufoss IL made a substitution. Frode Tobiassen replaced Kai Østbye. Brufoss IL's Are Høiby was substituted for Jan-Kenneth Heistad. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Möllgren got free with Borys Witek in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brufoss IL's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Henrik Möllgren 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 84th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frode Tobiassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Romulo Tavio made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Christer Ribe immediately put the ball in play. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Remme in the 89th minute of play.
