The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dariusz Bielejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Rufo in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Atlético Unión Florida's goalkeeper Saul Erauso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ong Bongo. 8 minutes into the match, FC Bemowo's Ong Bongo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Erauso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Unión Florida's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Lewandowski was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Bemowo's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on FC Bemowo's corner Jan Lewandowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Saul Erauso quite easily take care of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Ong Bongo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Atlético Unión Florida's Saul Erauso. Saul Erauso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alcides Niedermayer might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Erauso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saul Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ong Bongo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Marteinn Palermo struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Dariusz Bielejewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Unión Florida. Ong Bongo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Atlético Unión Florida's Saul Erauso got control of the ball when Ong Bongo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narciso Rufo scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dariusz Bielejewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ong Bongo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saul Erauso having to make a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marteinn Palermo was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Unión Florida's zone, Ong Bongo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Erauso came out of the goal and Ong Bongo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elder Garcia made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Venancio Musko however managed to control. FC Bemowo's Slawomir Przybyciel was substituted for Szczepan Kasprzak. Fabio Collante made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Bemowo's Szczepan Fiszer. Dariusz Bielejewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marteinn Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Nicasio Cugat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Saul Erauso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
