Eugeniusz Sanocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Victoriano Bernaldo made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugeniusz Sanocki. 11 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Bernaldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The FC Fura Balizas fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Victoriano Bernaldo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Eugeniusz Sanocki sent off a good shot on target. Eugeniusz Sanocki might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Bernaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugeniusz Sanocki ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Sanocki got free with Victoriano Bernaldo in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Darryl Buckner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Long Gang Sen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Buckner in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Dep Colonia Avellaneda's zone, Eugeniusz Sanocki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Sanocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Eugeniusz Sanocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Fura Balizas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugeniusz Sanocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Darryl Buckner notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen. Long Gang Sen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Sanocki got free with Victoriano Bernaldo in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darryl Buckner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Darryl Buckner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Fura Balizas's Gusmão Benevides couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dep Colonia Avellaneda. Victoriano Bernaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugeniusz Sanocki's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Dep Colonia Avellaneda defense, Eugeniusz Sanocki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo. The Dep Colonia Avellaneda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoriano Bernaldo should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd match minute, Dep Colonia Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
