Sonstorps Fotboll's Stig-Åke Molander got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's Daniel Törnblom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Carlos Castro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Conny Alebeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match, Robert Billock tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Janne Katt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Törnblom made the kick off in the second half. The Real Murçia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. He Xu might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Janne Katt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. He Xu ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sonstorps Fotboll players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Real Murçia FC.
