Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Oroni ran back to his position shaking his head. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Bertoni in the 5th minute of play. Franco Bosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilson Damião in the 6th minute of the match. Gilson Damião's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franco Bosso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Alessandro Bertoni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Xose Valtierra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's zone, Ennio Di Iulio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xose Valtierra came out of the goal and Ennio Di Iulio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franco Bosso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilson Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Enzo Oroni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra did a great save. Franco Bosso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilson Damião in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CLC Winter's zone, Javier Agudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Bosso came out of the goal and Javier Agudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When CLC Winter's Enzo Oroni in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's goalie prevented a goal. Xose Valtierra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Bertoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilson Damião was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Enzo Oroni notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra. Xose Valtierra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 55 minutes into the match, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Oroni came free, but Xose Valtierra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xose Valtierra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Bertoni in the 57th minute of the match. Xose Valtierra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Zoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Bertoni came free, but Xose Valtierra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xose Valtierra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Bertoni's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to Caldo de Gallina Ranchero getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Angelo Berardinelli hit a great ball. A hard shot 77 in the game by Gilson Damião from a close distance when the talented Franco Bosso managed to make a qualified save. CLC Winter's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Teo Loren got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 81 minutes Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Oroni who took care of the corner kick. 93 minutes into the match, Enzo Oroni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xose Valtierra. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Oroni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. CLC Winter's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
