In the 3rd minute Pepe Argento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezai Doğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merih Demiral in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sezai Doğan saved Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Lost Boys Sports Academy's Pepe Argento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sezai Doğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Eilif Rosholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Drago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abidin Camcı in the 24th minute. A collision led to Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Hasan Hüseyin Niyazi hit a great ball. Ivan Drago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eilif Rosholm in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ludwig Modig got a free kick in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Hu Cheng replaced Marcelo Xabat. In the 59th minute Lost Boys Sports Academy were awarded a corner. Merih Demiral went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Per Bollström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's Sezai Doğan did a great save. Sezai Doğan was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Pepe Argento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pepe Argento really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Ivan Drago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eilif Rosholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Lost Boys Sports Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Abidin Camcı came free, but Ivan Drago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by You Xi Liang in the 80th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Johan Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lost Boys Sports Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Sellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
