David Orădan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, David Orădan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Kollers short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Nechifor Zbuchea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 17 minutes into the game, Pavel Ploieșteanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Korneliusz Rasimowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deportivo Ortegano's Korneliusz Rasimowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Lucas in the 20th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Oinomoas Konstantatos might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nechifor Zbuchea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oinomoas Konstantatos ran back to his position shaking his head. Nechifor Zbuchea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Guipuzcoa in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Florilor United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Ortegano.
