Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milen Kúlvachev in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leal Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemente Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Calçada in the 22nd minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egun Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Tálas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the KINGS FC defense, Andy Cole kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leal Simões. The KINGS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leal Simões should have stopped the shot. Otto Sosa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes KINGS FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Martins. After 31 played minutes KINGS FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Valadão. When Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KINGS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Leal Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Cole in the 42nd minute of the match. Cássio Calçada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alto Muro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Cássio Calçada managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal.

Andy Cole received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Leal Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leal Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Cole in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Andy Cole reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leal Simões. The goal made the score 0-2.
