The audience was convinced that Rene Rostholm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egun Pais was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lokon Pøhl in the 29th minute of play. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Rostholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egun Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Rostholm went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Egun Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Rostholm in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Rostholm made a kick off. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Cole in the 51st minute of play. In the 56th minute, Rene Rostholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milen Kúlvachev in the 60th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Rene Rostholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Randers A.F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Floresta Negra FC made a substitution. Jardel Lewandowski replaced Andy Cole. In the 69th match minute, Randers A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Vollmaris to maneuver through the defense.
