An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 6th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Lisandro Festas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Dantas. Rene Rostholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Festas having to make a save. Lisandro Festas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Rostholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Festas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Rostholm in the 10th minute of the match. Noel Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Nichlas Vesterdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Festas made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Rene Rostholm sent off a good shot on target. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save SLB TELHA from getting a goal against them. Lisandro Festas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rostholm in the 24th minute of play. Randers A.F.C. were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after SLB TELHA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodrigo Tome took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Arthur Shelby managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Isaac Chesus hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Lisandro Festas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the SLB TELHA defense, Rene Rostholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Festas. The SLB TELHA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Festas should have stopped the shot. Rene Rostholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nichlas Vesterdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Beaton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Rostholm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Rene Rostholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Rostholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Patrik Beaton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SLB TELHA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Randers A.F.C. the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Beaton to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Festas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Rostholm's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Lisandro Festas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Rostholm went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Randers A.F.C.'s Nik Frisendal was substituted for Radim Gola. In the 81st minute, Rene Rostholm made a precise shot to the right of Lisandro Festas. SLB TELHA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 86th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Lisandro Festas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Bruno Steenbeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Lisandro Festas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lisandro Festas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Steenbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Bruno Steenbeck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lisandro Festas was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 97th minute Bruno Steenbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Festas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Randers A.F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
