Fire Devils's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tor-Egil Gjertsen ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Who Ate All Depay's Tor-Egil Gjertsen to fire away a dangerous shot which Walter Fransson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andreas Furcas's late challenge caught a Who Ate All Depay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Furcas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Who Ate All Depay booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Furcas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walter Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor-Egil Gjertsen in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Volponi came free, but Walter Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Volponi in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Francis Aberle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wen Bo Yang in the 11th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Alex Volponi made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes of play, Who Ate All Depay's Bon Scott made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Fransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walter Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wen Bo Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Alex Volponi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bon Scott in the 29th minute of play. Bon Scott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute, Bon Scott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Who Ate All Depay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Bon Scott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Luuk de Boer notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Fire Devils's Walter Fransson. Walter Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bon Scott in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Fransson saved Fire Devils from getting behind. Who Ate All Depay's Alex Volponi managed to work through Fire Devils's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Alex Volponi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 47 minutes into the match, Alex Volponi notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Fire Devils's Walter Fransson. Walter Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

52 minutes into the game, Alex Volponi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Walter Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Devils from getting a goal against them. Who Ate All Depay made a substitution. Yorrick Kiewiet replaced Pieter Koole. Walter Fransson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Alex Volponi sent off a good shot on target. Walter Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wen Bo Yang in the 66th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Alex Volponi notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Fire Devils's Walter Fransson. Walter Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Wen Bo Yang took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Walter Fransson to make any attempt to save it. Who Ate All Depay made a substitution. Roel Ravenbergen replaced Wen Bo Yang. 81 minutes into the match, Who Ate All Depay's goal looked a bit too open when Loris Hellmüller came free, but Falco Pruischer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loris Hellmüller took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Falco Pruischer. Falco Pruischer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-10. Who Ate All Depay's Roel Ravenbergen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Loris Hellmüller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roel Ravenbergen in the 96th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Who Ate All Depay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fire Devils.
