With his leg Dinu Oardă managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Fire Devils's Andreas Furcas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andreas Furcas got in the 7th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Dinu Oardă handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Ueli Siegenthaler in the 11th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Lucila in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Victor Lucila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Walter Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Frumușanu came free, but Walter Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Lucila in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Ueli Siegenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fire Devils's Francis Aberle got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Ernest Oprescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fire Devils's zone, Mădălin Bărbuceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Fransson came out of the goal and Mădălin Bărbuceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Victor Lucila looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Walter Fransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Lucila went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Lucila in the 42nd minute of play. Ueli Siegenthaler's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dinu Oardă firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Fire Devils players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Lucila to strike the kick off in the second half. Walter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Frumușanu in the 53rd minute of the match. Sorin Gurlui kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Walter Fransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Lucila in the 60th minute. In the 60th minute, Ernest Oprescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andreas Furcas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pius Gruenenfelder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Frumușanu in the 75th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes of play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Liviu Frumușanu made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Fransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Liviu Frumușanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walter Fransson. That made the score 0-5 after 85 minutes of play. If Andreas Furcas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
