Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Feliz in the 3rd minute of play. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Clodoveo Feliz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Arthur Morgan´s Club got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Collin. Torcato Rebocho took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Buinton. Samuel Buinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Samuel Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torcato Rebocho in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Arthur Morgan´s Club getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lucas Harkaitz hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Edgar Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garanhão do SUL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Garcez came free, but Samuel Buinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 30 in the game by Jonathan Calleri from a close distance when the talented Ignatius Casasola managed to make a qualified save. Garanhão do SUL's players were relieved. In the 31st minute Clodoveo Feliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignatius Casasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Arthur Morgan´s Club got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Calleri. 龙然明 hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Manuel Gomar's late challenge caught a Garanhão do SUL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Gomar helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Costa in the 42nd minute of play. If Clodoveo Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edgar Costa made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Calleri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ignatius Casasola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Costa struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Samuel Buinton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garanhão do SUL. Garanhão do SUL's Angel Edorta was substituted for 龙然明. Ignatius Casasola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Calleri, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Samuel Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Costa in the 69th minute of the match. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Calleri in the 76th minute of play. When Edgar Costa fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garanhão do SUL's protests and gave Edgar Costa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Costa to maneuver through the defense. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. André Roriz replaced Edgar Costa. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Freddy Barros was substituted for Manuel Gomar. The supporters of Arthur Morgan´s Club booed when Garanhão do SUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Calleri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatius Casasola having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Leizarraga got free with Samuel Buinton in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Teves came free, but Samuel Buinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignatius Casasola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Vela in the 94th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Akis Kefallinos. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Garanhão do SUL walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
