KaoS Futbol Club's Romano Cocolina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Lebas got free with Viktor Häll in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Inocencio Lorien had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierluigi Buffon. KaoS Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Lorien was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristoffer Ek in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute NovaStella FK were awarded a corner. Inocencio Lorien went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on NovaStella FK's corner Inocencio Lorien fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pierluigi Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inocencio Lorien was the one to do the kick off. In the last second Pierluigi Buffon throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kristoffer Ek in the 51stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Inocencio Loriens short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Pierluigi Buffon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When NovaStella FK's Kristoffer Ek in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. NovaStella FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
