The goal made the score 3-0. 14 minutes into the game, Polat Aranda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rogério Ceni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franco Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Pracki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the La Scaloneta defense, Herbert Pracki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franco Moscatelli. The La Scaloneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franco Moscatelli should have stopped the shot. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carroll Mansfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli got control of the ball when Herbert Pracki tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Pracki in the 42nd minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Franco Moscatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Hartz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Guerra in the 90th minute of the match. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
