Gustav Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Pirro in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, BK Ugglan's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Pirro came free, but Gustav Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in BK Ugglan's zone, Gaston Ferman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Norberg came out of the goal and Gaston Ferman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When LA LUZ F.C.'s Ciro Pirro in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Ugglan's goalie prevented a goal. Gaston Ferman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gustav Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustav Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Pirro in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Ciro Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gaston Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA LUZ F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Ferman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Norberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Pirro in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustav Norberg saved BK Ugglan from getting behind. In the 38th minute Ciro Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Pirro in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustav Norberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Ciro Pirro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of BK Ugglan's Gustav Norberg. Gustav Norberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Thomas Sundberg made the kick off in the second half. Henk Van Linthout hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henk Van Linthout in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Ángel Torres saved LA LUZ F.C. from getting behind. LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Jailson Britto replaced Ciro Pirro. 63 minutes into the match, LA LUZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Henk Van Linthout came free, but Miguel Ángel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as LA LUZ F.C.'s Atilla Açıkalın slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gustav Norberg. That made the score 1-2 after 66 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Henk Van Linthout sped through LA LUZ F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miguel Ángel Torres. Atilla Açıkalın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Gustav Norberg made a huge save. Miguel Ángel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Van Linthout in the 78th minute of play. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Kråk, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Atilla Açıkalın sped through BK Ugglan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustav Norberg.
