Dani Vassaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Betzanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Moizuk in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Fulvio Vittorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Pesquera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dani Vassaras was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Dario Betzanos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dario Betzanos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Dani Vassaras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Betzanos in the 16th minute. Hilario Pesquera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Moizuk in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute Dario Betzanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dani Vassaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selim Mićić came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dani Vassaras could save by the left post. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by La France FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernandez Vizcarreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Dragón F.C's players had a chance to rest. Hilario Pesquera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Vittorio in the 36th minute of the match. La France FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan Huerta in the 38th minute. Dario Betzanos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Dani Vassaras made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulvio Vittorio to strike the kick off in the second half. Dario Betzanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 57 minutes of play, Golden Dragón F.C's Dario Betzanos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dani Vassaras was left in no man's land by his defense there! La France FC's Omar Palma was substituted for Borys Moizuk. Dario Betzanos took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dani Vassaras. Dani Vassaras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 67 minutes into the game, Golden Dragón F.C's Dario Betzanos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dani Vassaras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 70 minutes of play, Golden Dragón F.C's Dario Betzanos made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dani Vassaras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Tadeo Olmedilla replaced Dario Betzanos. In the 75th minute, La France FC's Ryszard Percha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when La France FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didac Vassaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernandez Vizcarreto didn't quite understand what happened when in the 93 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the referee ended the match the Golden Dragón F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
