Alesandro Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piara Tittarelli having to interfere. Guilherme Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Seme in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Seme in the 18th minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Guilherme Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Seme, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mané Lara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piara Tittarelli. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Mané Lara made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Piara Tittarelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joinville United - FSCMZ's attentive Fernando Vale managed to snatch the ball when Tomás Raphael made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Mané Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piara Tittarelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piara Tittarelli was a little too slow when Mané Lara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-0. Mané Lara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Piara Tittarelli having to make a save. 44 minutes into the match, Reconquistense FC's goalkeeper Piara Tittarelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mané Lara. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armindo Amado was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Hilario Gurutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville United - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Gurutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltasar Beltza hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 82ndth minute of the game Jacek Krzynowek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reconquistense FC's Piara Tittarelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Piara Tittarelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacek Krzynowek's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute, Maurício Donatello made a precise shot to the right of Piara Tittarelli. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Reconquistense FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
