When Roberto Baggio came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Westra Aros SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Baggio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a little luck, Westra Aros SK's Elof Karlsson got control of the ball when Francesco Cilli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elof Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Ederono, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Elof Karlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Ederono in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Cilli came free, but Elof Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Paunero's Aristide Iureș ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elof Karlsson. Elof Karlsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Stig Waller hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Paunero's Jose Rosario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elof Karlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrik Wacherhausen during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Westra Aros SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Wacherhausen to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Tadeo Ederono notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Westra Aros SK's Elof Karlsson. Elof Karlsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Westra Aros SK's Normando Portillo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gaston Ferran in the 30 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francesco Cilli got free with Elof Karlsson in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 33 minutes Westra Aros SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jose Rosario who took care of the corner kick. After 34 played minutes Paunero got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Ferran. In the 34th minute, Gaston Ferran fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Elof Karlsson. Elof Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Ederono in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Francesco Cilli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elof Karlsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 46 minutes into the game, Gökberk Özgenc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westra Aros SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paunero the free kick. The supporters of Paunero booed when Westra Aros SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökberk Özgenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gökberk Özgenc made a kick off. Elof Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Ederono, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Westra Aros SK's Elof Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Ederono in the 56th minute of play. After some careless play in the Westra Aros SK defense, Francesco Cilli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elof Karlsson. The Westra Aros SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elof Karlsson should have stopped the shot. Paunero made a substitution. Ata Cante replaced Higinio Ticho. Westra Aros SK's Elof Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Cilli in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Iureș came free, but Elof Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Paunero getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Paulino Eguerdi hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Tadeo Ederono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paunero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Iureș in the 82nd minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Elof Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
